administration
Administration has become a four-letter word in academia with more and more positions being created disproportional to the faculty they serve. I prefer the term FACILITATOR. Facilitators help the group succeed with expertise and an aerial view and maintain only one agenda - to bring to further clarity the vision of the group.

I have one goal as a facilitator: to clear the way to succeed in your professional ambitions. This broad goal can take many forms in support of programs or or faculty. Below are a few examples of how I have and continue to support faculty and student interests.
RECRUITING AND REFLECTION

It is difficult to represent quality; however it's easy to quantify opportunities.
That's what I chose to emphasize in this two-sided recruiting info-graphic used at our state Thespian festival and elsewhere.
The opportunities exist - join the program to take advantage of them.

FACILITIES
Despite our many wants, it is important to recognize that we are fortunate for the resources we have. Chief among those are facilities. They are never perfect and rarely what we want, but they do provide for what we need: a home for teaching, production, and our program's culture to grow. Below are examples of how I've been able to leverage our facilities, in a variety of states of repair, to further the program's mission.
